I am writing this letter to you on behalf of myself and my family to accompany an offer that we are submitting.
I first became acquainted with Meadows Edge in February when I began work as a Realtor and accompanied one of my team’s buyers to their walkthrough for her home she was to be closing on. Us having had plenty of experience with apartment living, I know that that is where his mind was at. I said, “let’s just go and talk to Wade. He will answer our questions. I bet we can even go in one and yell!” And that is exactly what we did. Wade took his time this Sunday walking us in and out of the new construction and the nearly completed. We walked through this up and coming neighborhood and asked a million questions and ultimately, we fell in love. We saw ourselves coming ‘home’.
